Send an email to info@roomgranada.com indicating your personal data, the floor and the chosen room and the desired date of entry and exit. We will contact you by email as soon as possible.

The deposit is used to reserve the room in advance, to cover the necessary expenses in case the apartment isn’t in the same condition as when it was occupied when leaving the room and to guarantee that it isn’t left without paying any receipt. It isn’t allowed to pay the last monthly payment of the stay with the deposit.

The amount of the deposit is 250 euros.

The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, when the keys are returned and it is verified that both the floor and the room are in the same conditions as when it was occupied and that the expenses have been settled.

A seasonal rental contract. The contract can last from one to eleven months.

The contract may be terminated by both parties giving one month notice.

It’s possible to renew the contract giving 30 days notice and as long as the room is available.

Expenses are not included in the total price. The expenses will be divided among the inhabitants of the apartment and will be paid when the bills arrive. A copy of the invoices will be given.

Pets aren’t allowed on the floors.

If the fault hasn’t been caused by misuse, the owner will take care of solving the problem.
